PACKING
All MEFMs are packed and shipped with the same care they were built. Bubble wrapped, and packed in double thickness corrugated fibreboard shipping tube.
DISPATCH and DELIVERY
Individual kites are usually sent 3-5 days from order. Custom MEFM and larger orders, 1-3 weeks. Dispatch date and shipping charges confirmed with order. Customers are also notified when kite sent and any relevant tracking numbers.
GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY
My aim is to have 100% customer satisfaction from the point you order to the time you land your MEFM after each flight. So far I feel this has been achieved.
